of a voiced need to promote creativity by providing a common space for collaboration among creative individuals, institutions and enterprises that exist within the region. By fostering a creative network and advertising a region’s inherent talent as well as its local assets, it aims to give rise to a virtuous loop that benefits the entire community.

to launch a debate, by means of considering the input of interdisciplinary teams and their various expressions on creativity, on whether the effects of recognising the creativity of a region may, in turn, have significant benefits on the local economy of that region, and provide opportunities for the export of its talent and best practises to the world.
